Welcome to Maybe I’ve Said Too Much!

Izzy, Joel, and Mike take to the air and to your ear for a new maker(ish?) podcast. Intentionally unfocused and perfect only in its imperfection. Our content is loosely based on the business of making stuff but we throw out all the rules every episode so you never know what we are going to say… and we don’t either!

THE GUYS

Izzy

Izzy is the owner and operator of all things Izzy Swan. Content creator, tool designer, and founder of the Tool Masters Association. If you can build it, or build with it, he’s made one.

Joel

Joel is the owner and operator of the Missing Digit Woodshop. They specialize in the cool, the quirky, and the must have in production woodworking.

Mike

What can we say about Mike that hasn’t already been said? Part time tinkerer, goofball personality, and the only one that said yes to hosting this cat herding radio show.

Maker Christmas!

We are looking to make a list and check it twice! Buy local is the montra of the holidays! If you are a maker with goods to sell please let us know who you are and where to find you so folks can keep their hard earned dollars on our soil this holiday season!

Our Newest Episode

What do you get when Izzy gets the flu? Jimmy DiResta!
Jimmy stops by the show to talk about what he’s up to these days. From guest spots on legendary tv shows to building up his new shop to working on a soon to be announced television collaboration… and he took the time to chat with us. Love this man.

We discuss unbelievably talented craftsman and what they make, why they make it, what they should sell it for, and how to find the value in all that. We also tackle the topic of bubble baths. Yep – we are on a true philosophical deep dive today my friends. And… it’s all hilarious.

Ever feel like life sucks, everyone sucks, people are just garbage? Well you’re wrong and we spend a full hour explaining why. We step out of the maker mold for this one to talk about how life isn’t really that bad at all when you think about it. Smile – you deserve it.

Today we talk about… well everything, and nothing all at the same time. The best time of year to hunt kale and where did all these societal structures and norms come from? We have questions, and NO answers… but its fun talking about it!

The ‘time to get this off our chest’ episode. We discuss social media, what it means to be a member of a community and why it means so much to so many of us. We are a little salty but hey, we like to say too much.
